Any local vet will be able to scan for a microchip. If the pet is chipped, they can contact the owner.
Our inventory can change daily, with adoptions, rescue transports or owner recoveries. Please check back regularly every day except Thursdays.
Look for any nearby homes where you found the pet. Ask the homeowners if they recognize the dog or cat. Post signs in the neighborhood with your contact information.
Since we do not euthanize healthy animals to create space in our shelter, we reach full capacity often. We are diligently working to host more adoption events, send dogs to rescues up North, and provide no cost Spay & Neuter to those in need in Anderson County.
Your donation will help support our mission and reach our goal of improving the lives of homeless pets in ANDERSON COUNTY TEXAS. Thank you!
