573.76 STERILIZATION OF ANIMALS FROM RELEASING AGENCIES
Effective date is March 19, 2006
In this law the legislature also tasked the State Board with developing information sheets regarding surgical or non-surgical sterilization to be distributed by a releasing agency to a new owner. The information sheet, of which there are Spanish and English versions, is available at:
